How do I change subscription plans?

IF YOU SUBSCRIBED VIA THE WEBSITE:

1. Login. Under My Library click 'My Account'

2. Click the 'Subscription' link at top.

3. Click the 'Change Plan' link.  

4. Enter in your  credit card again to verify your account.

Note: When you upgrade from monthly to yearly, you are billed immediately for a prorated amount based on how many days are left in your monthly plan. This ensures you are not double charged.

Downgrades from yearly to monthly take effect after the yearly subscription has ended.
