How do I gift a Pilatesology subscription?

Pilatesology offers digital gift certificates that you can send via email. To send a Pilatesology gift certificate:

1. Select either the 3-month, 6-month or 12-month membership option.
2. After payment is complete you will enter your recipient’s name, email and personalized message then click "SEND". 
3. The digital gift certificate will immediately be sent to your recipient

What happens after I've gifted a Pilatesology subscription?

1. After you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your purchase and the Pilatesology digital gift card will be immediately sent to the recipient’s email address that you provided.

How do I or my recipient redeem a gift certificate?

1. You can redeem a Pilatesology gift certificate by clicking the "Redeem" button in the email you received or by clicking here. 
2. Gift certificates may only be redeemed once. 
3. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed in the Pilatesology app or if your subscription is maintained through the App Store. They can only be redeemed through the website.

I'm already a Pilatesology member but received a Gift Certificate. What do I do?

We can absolutely apply a gift certificate to any existing subscription. However we will need to do this manually. 

1. Please email us at: support@pilatesology.com and include your gift certificate number or email. 
2. We will manually add your gift certificate to your existing subscription. 
3. The subscription does not need to be active.
