I tried cancelling but there's no 'cancel' button. However it does say 'stopped.' Can you confirm that my subscription will not renew?


If you no longer see the option to 'cancel' on the right and under 'subscription' you see 'stopped,' your billing cycle has been stopped and you subscription is cancelled.

You may still see a green 'Yes' under 'Active.' This means you have time left on your account.

If you originally joined through the mobile app, your subscription section will be empty.
