Do I need Equipment to do Pilates?
Absolutely not. Pilates is often done with a simple yoga mat on the floor. In fact- the mat workout is the "Meat & Potatoes" of the Pilates method. We offer hundreds of "no equipment" classes and also classes you can use simple at-home props such as hand weights or a towel. There are also standing and wall Pilates workouts which don't even require a mat.
