How do I pause my subscription?

  1. Login
  2. Click on your name in the upper right to go to your account page
  3. Select 'subscription'
  4. Choose 'pause'
  5. Your subscription will remain paused until you select 'resume'

Resume your subscription anytime from the same place. When you resume your subscription, you will be billed immediately, and your auto-renew billing date will change to the new resume date.


If you resume before the current transaction expires, your billing stays the same as it was. If you resume after the current transaction expires, then you are billed immediately and future billings happen on that new day. 


**Please note - pausing a subscription is not possible if you are using PayPal or if you joined from the mobile apps (Apple or Google Play store). The option to pause and resume will not appear in your account.
