How do I pause my subscription?
You can pause your Pilatesology subscription for two months. During your pause, you won’t have access to premium membership content, including classes, workshops, member events, programs, and other members-only content. If you still have prepaid time remaining on your current billing cycle, you'll continue to have access until your paid period ends.
How to pause your subscription:
- Log in to your Pilatesology account
- Click your name in the upper right corner to go to your Account page. This must be done on the Pilatesology website, not in the app!
- Select Subscription
- Select Pause
- Review the pause terms and click Start 2-Month Pause to confirm
Your subscription will automatically resume after two months, and billing will restart at that time.
Can I resume my subscription early?
Yes! You can resume your subscription at any time during your two-month pause.
Click Resume Subscription to reactivate your membership. Your access will be restored immediately, and you’ll be charged for your next billing cycle that day. That date will become your new monthly billing date.
What happens to my membership while it’s paused?
Your subscription will automatically resume two months after your pause begins. You don’t need to do anything.
Your regular billing will restart when your subscription resumes, and that date will become your new monthly billing date.
Can I pause my subscription more than once?
You may pause your subscription once within a 12-month period.
If you cancel your pause before it actually takes effect, while you’re still in your prepaid period, the pause will not count toward your annual pause limit.
Will I get a refund when I pause?
No. Pausing your subscription does not provide a refund for any time you have already paid for.
Will my membership price change when I resume?
No. When your subscription resumes, it will resume at the rate you originally signed up for, even if the current Pilatesology membership rate has changed.
What happens if I resume early?
If you choose to resume before your two-month pause ends:
- Your membership will reactivate immediately
- You’ll regain full access to premium content right away
- You’ll be charged for your next billing cycle immediately
- The date you resume will become your new monthly billing date
- If your pause had not yet taken effect because you were still in your prepaid period, the pause will not count toward your annual pause limit
By selecting Resume Subscription, you acknowledge that you understand the terms and authorize the immediate charge to your payment method on file.
Please note: Pausing a subscription is not possible if you are using PayPal or if you joined from the mobile apps (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). The option to pause and resume will not appear in your account.
