How do I pause my subscription?
If you would like to pause your subscription, here are the steps:
- Login
- Click on your name in the upper right to go to your account page
- Select 'subscription'
- Choose 'pause'
- Your subscription will remain paused until you select 'resume'
Things to know: Resume your subscription anytime from the same place. When you resume your subscription, you will be billed immediately, and your billing date will change to the new resume date. It will automatically renew on that date going forward.
If you resume before the current transaction has expired, you will be billed again on the same day that your subscription was initially set up and you will not experience any lapse in access. However, if you resume after the current transaction expires, then you will be billed immediately on that day and all future billings will happen on that new day (you will experience a lapse in access if you resume after your last transaction expires).
For example, if you pause your monthly subscription on the 15th, and it normally bills on the 1st of the month, and I then resume on the 20th, you will be billed again on the 1st. But, if you resume on the 3rd of the next month, you will be billed that day, and your new bill date will be every 3rd
**Please note - pausing a subscription is not possible if you are using PayPal or if you joined from the mobile apps (Apple or Google Play store) The option to pause and resume will not appear in your account.
