How do I start & save a Program or Series?

To save a program or series you first need to 'Start' a program/series from the programs main page.

After your program has started you will find it under the 'My Library' section inside the 'My Programs' page. Your progress will also be displayed for all the programs you are working through. Click the 'View Program' button to continue your program where you left off. You may also stop your program from this page.
