Keeping a Workout Journal

Keeping track of your progress through a journal is a powerful way to visualize your progress and stay motivated. You can look back at trends and see diet changes, sleep and work patterns and any other life changes and see how those affected your workouts. Or, how Pilates has changed your body strength, flexibility and mobility. We think keeping track of each workout has an important role in cementing a healthy lifestyle which will affect longevity. So- where is the Journal? On the APP!

If you haven't already downloaded the app you will need to head to the Apple store or Google Play and download the app then:

  • On the bottom right click "Calendar"
  • The current day will open by default and below you will find all the Journal entry items. Enjoy!
