How to watch videos in your language

*Click the CC next to Settings ⚙️ for subtitles in your language! ^

Mobile App Instructions:

1. Open the Pilatesology app
2. Select the class you’d like to watch
3. Start video
4. Tap Settings ⚙️ icon in the top-right corner of the video player
5. Choose your language under Audio Track or Subtitles

Note: If you don’t see the Audio Tracks or Subtitles option in your video player, update your app!

On your mobile device, go to the App Store or Google Play and tap Update.

Website Instructions:

1. Change text on Pilatesology to your language

2. Filter for classes in your language

Option A: Filter from the Classes page.

Option B: Use our Pre-Filtered list.

3. Listen to classes in your language. Click Settings ⚙️ on video player, then click Audio Tracks and select your language

4. Turn on subtitles in your language. Click CC Subtitles button on video player, then select your language
