Trouble Logging In to My Account


Trouble logging in? Check out these tips or email us at support@pilatesology.com:

  • "Username" or Email address: If you joined through the website you may have used a unique "username" when you signed up and should use the same username when logging in. Email us if you forgot your username or look in your welcome email. If you joined through the app then you used your email address as your username. *An important note: If you joined through the website with a unique username and are logging into the app, you will need to use the email address linked to your account. Early 2025 we adjusted all new signups on the platform to only use email to eliminate this confusion.
  • Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive
  • If you forget your password and use the "forgot password" link please check your spam folder!

To see which email you're logged in with:

On the website: Go to your name on the top right and click ACCOUNT.

On the mobile app: Click the 3 lines on top left, click Profile.

Sometimes duplicate accounts are created, or an email typo prevents you from finding your account.

If you think this may have happened, please email us at support@pilatesology.com with any email address you think might be the one(s) you used to sign up.
